Inside Attica

The deliveries of the products are made in the Prefecture of Attica through the company Argos within 1-2 working days.

Outside Attica

The deliveries of the products are made in the rest of Greece through the company Argos within 3-6 working days.

For purchases over 30 € the shipping costs are free. For purchases under € 30 the charge for shipping is € 3.50. Cash on delivery service is free for all orders. 

PROCEDURE FOR ORDERING THROUGH E-SHOP:

After completing your order and confirming the payment, the order is considered "accepted" and you will receive an e-mail "Order Confirmation".

In case you do not receive the confirmation e-mail of the order, we recommend that you check if the e-mail has entered the spam folder. If you have not received it, we recommend that you contact the customer service department of the company +30 210 61 52 500

The "Confirmation" and "Shipping" e-mail of the order is not a legal receipt. The final invoice / receipt is included in the package of your order.

The orders are received from the cooperating courier company properly packaged in order to ensure the quality of the products.

The above times are indicative. In any case, we do our best to ship your products as soon as possible. The company is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the order due to cases of force majeure such as strikes, severe weather, etc. or in cases due to delays of the cooperating courier company.

At this time, it is not possible to pick up an online order from a physical store or otherwise other than the default courier service.
